How It Works

The Planning Journey

Planning a destination wedding across international borders can feel overwhelming. Our structured 5-phase process eliminates the chaos and gives you complete clarity at every step.

Phase 01

1–2 weeks

Discovery & Vision

We start by deeply understanding your vision, your families, and what matters most to you.

  • Free 30-minute consultation call
  • In-depth vision questionnaire (both partners + key family members)
  • Budget framework discussion
  • Guest profile analysis (origins, visa needs, mobility considerations)
  • Destination shortlisting based on your priorities
  • Cultural ceremony requirements review
  • Formal proposal and package recommendation

Phase Outcome

A clear understanding of what you want, a shortlist of 2–3 destinations, and a confirmed package.

Phase 02

4–8 weeks

Destination & Venue

We source, evaluate, and negotiate the best venues in your chosen destination.

  • Venue scouting across confirmed destination
  • Venue contract review and negotiation
  • Room block negotiations for guest accommodation
  • Catering capability assessment
  • Ceremony space evaluation for Indian ceremony requirements
  • Venue confirmation and deposit management

Phase Outcome

Venue booked, room block secured, dates confirmed, and ceremony spaces allocated.

Phase 03

3–6 months

Guest & Travel Management

We manage every detail of getting your guests there comfortably and joyfully.

  • Help with invitations and save-the-dates
  • Personalized wedding website creation
  • Guest travel information packs
  • Group flight coordination and room block management
  • Visa guidance for international guests
  • Airport transfer scheduling
  • Welcome kit curation and delivery
  • RSVP tracking and guest communication
  • Dietary and accessibility requirement management

Phase Outcome

Every guest informed, booked, and ready. Your family can focus on celebrating, not coordinating.

Phase 04

2–4 months

Vendor Building

We set up your vendors, mainly through your resort and its approved suppliers, with every role filled by someone who knows your rituals.

  • Most vendors arranged through the resort’s own team and approved suppliers
  • Photography & videography sourcing and booking
  • Décor vendor engagement and concept development
  • Indian catering sourcing and menu planning
  • Entertainment booking (dhol, sangeet acts, DJ)
  • Pandit / granthi / officiant confirmation
  • Floristry coordination
  • Hair, makeup, and styling team
  • Guest transport vendor arrangements

Phase Outcome

All vendors booked, contracts signed, and clear communication channels established.

Phase 05

Your wedding days

Celebration & Beyond

Your resort’s wedding coordinator runs each event to the plan we built together, so you can actually be present at your own wedding.

  • Full vendor and resort briefing before the week begins
  • Day-of timeline agreed with the resort’s coordinator for every event
  • Guest questions answered throughout the week
  • Ceremony coordination with pandit/granthi
  • Backup plans agreed in advance for weather and timing
  • Post-wedding vendor reconciliation and farewell coordination

Phase Outcome

A celebration where you and your family are guests at your own wedding, not the staff.
