What We Do

Planning is free

We are paid a commission by the resort on your guests’ room bookings, and we tell you so up front. That is the whole model.

  • No planning fee
  • No tiers to choose between
  • No minimum guest count

How It Is Paid For

Who pays us, and for what

There is no planning fee and there are no tiers to choose between. Suppliers are paid directly, and you see every number in CAD before committing.

Contracted room blocks earn comped rooms at volume, commonly one per ten to twenty booked; those terms come from the resort, not from a markup of ours.

  1. 01

    You plan with us

Destinations, resorts, vendors and every ritual, planned with you. There is no planning fee.

  2. 02

Your guests book the room block

Guests stay at the resort under the group terms negotiated for your wedding.

  3. 03

    The resort pays us

A commission on your guests’ room bookings. We tell you that up front, before anything else.

Every Kind of Wedding

Four shapes a wedding takes

Descriptions, not packages. The work is the same whichever one you recognise, and so is the price of it.

A sweetheart table framed by florals, the water directly behind it

A smaller guest list, two days, one clear vision

An intimate celebration

Fewer guests, a shorter run of events, and often the easiest wedding to get exactly right.

  • Sangeet + wedding day
  • All-inclusive resort
  • One travelling group
A rose mandap and rows of ceremony chairs facing the Caribbean

Mehndi, sangeet, ceremony and reception

A full multi-day wedding

The one with the most moving parts to hold together, across several days at one resort.

  • Three to four events
  • Dedicated Indian catering
  • Contracted room block
Aerial view of a large beachfront resort, its pools running down to the sand

Multi-generational, premium venues

A large-scale celebration

Less about extra services, more about pressure: bigger blocks, tighter negotiation, no slack in the timeline.

  • Multiple venues, one property
  • Large block, near-buyout
  • Full decor and mandap build

No template. You define the shape

Something entirely your own

A gurdwara ceremony at home then a destination reception, two traditions, an unusual venue: we build it with you.

  • Split or second ceremony
  • Interfaith and two-tradition
  • Off-list destinations
