The Cost Guide

What an Indian Destination Wedding Really Costs — in CAD

No vague ranges, no hidden fees. Here is an honest, Canada-first breakdown of the numbers, so you can plan with clarity. Every wedding is quoted individually — this is your map.

The headline number

A destination Indian wedding typically runs $45,000–$80,000 CAD all-in for around 100 guests — often roughly half the cost of a comparable 350–400 guest wedding at home in Canada (which commonly runs $80,000–$235,000). The reason is simple: a destination naturally curates your guest list, and all-inclusive resorts bundle costs that add up fast at home.

Guest countTypical all-in (CAD)Per person
50 guests$25,000 – $55,000$500 – $1,100
100 guests$40,000 – $85,000$400 – $850
150+ guests$70,000+$350 – $750

Where our fee fits in

The figures above are your all-in wedding budget. Our planning & coordination fee is separate and transparent — from $8,000 CAD (Signature) for intimate celebrations to $35,000+ (Royal) for large multi-day events. Because we also earn commission from resort partners on your group's rooms, that fee stays as low as it honestly can — and we disclose it. See our packages →

When to book

Book 12–18 months ahead for the best rates and availability. Peak season for the Caribbean & Mexico is November–April (dry, ~78–82°F) — ideal for outdoor ceremonies. May and November are shoulder-season sweet spots for better pricing.
